GENERAL STRATEGY OF BNM COMPANY

The strategic goal of the company is realized by:

  • Searching for and purchasing properties in exclusive locations designed to be residences.
  • Building of new and adaptation of already existing objects having the usable floor area of up to 3000 m² and the area of particular apartments from 60 to 120 m².
  • Creating residences in very high quality of realization and finish.

 

After creating a trademark the firm is also going to undertake other ventures in the real estate market. These are the fundamental ones:

  • Renovating and modernising already existing buildings, including historic ones, in the central built-up area and preserving their original commercial or residential purpose.
  • Adapting to new functions (especially residential and commercial) already existing post- industrial buildings in the central built-up area, including historic buildings.
  • Renovating larger built-up areas, like streets or quarters, including areas under the supervision of the conservation centre, in agreement and cooperation with a local autonomy.
  • Building new residential and commercial objects with a view to specific investors in agreement with industrial investors and a local autonomy.
  • Building residential, sport and educational objects in agreement with institutions of higher education and a local autonomy.
